Please describe the damage to your poles

This will help us determine your repair cost and options. Good things to include are how many sections are damaged, how many assemblies have damage. Example: I have two assembled poles. One assembled pole as two broken sections. The other has 3 bent sections.

This gives us much more information about the whole. Even laying all poles on the ground and just giving a wide shot is very useful.
