These vary greatly between brands, Usually there is a small tag inside the tent with manufactures year, style numbers, OU Number, all kinds of numbers. Write them all down and it will greatly reduce the time it takes to get good answers/estimates

This will help us understand what you are looking for. Many tents use multiple poles of different types. If you need all the poles that is good to know. If you only need one pole of a set of 3 poles (2 main, 1 ridge) it is good to know which of the poles you are in need of. We do not sell individual sections/parts through this form. Please look at our shop for parts page. If you do not find what you need there, we recommend submitting a repair inquiry to see if it is something we can repair for you.

Upload Photos

The file size needs to be less than 2mb total. You can add multiple images as long as the file sizes are small. It is good to send pictures of the complete pole, not just a broken end. This gives us much more information about the whole. Even laying all poles on the ground and just giving a wide shot is very useful.
